I don't know why but I really like this generation GTO. At least from what I see online. They seem like cool cars, how is it to own?

It’s the most reliable car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 52k on it, it now has 113k and the only non-maintenance items I’ve had to replace were a throttle position sensor that crapped out and an oil pressure switch that wouldn’t let me reset my oil life indicator. Even if it doesn’t look like a “real GTO”, I recommend every muscle car fan to drive one at least once.

5.7 and auto, but it keeps up with a buddy’s 6.0 6MT very well.

Thanks. As much as I’d love to go mod crazy on it, I have to keep reminding myself I drive this thing. A lot. Comfort should be priority. And yes, if the opportunity presents itself, grab one of these. Everyone I’ve ever talked to that either has or had one loves it or is sorry they got rid of it.
